Sachin Jain (FCA, DISA, B.Com.)

Mr. Sachin is a graduate and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 7+ years of standing in this profession. He has partnered with clients that include both large corporations and individuals. Consultancy related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, bank finance, and client representation before different statutory authorities makes up the bulk of his activity. He has held leadership positions, has taken the lead in outlining the group's ideology and principles, and firmly supports a team-building strategy. Aside from his profession, he has always participated in various social activities.

Arvind Tater (ACA, DISA, B.Com.)

Arvind has more than 7 years of post-qualification experience, also holding DISA qualification from ICAI. He has experience in a range of professional tasks, including corporate consulting, ERP solutions, direct and indirect taxation, and RERA compliance. He has specialized in tax planning—both in corporate and non-corporate entities. He advises huge industrial enterprises and is actively involved in strategic planning. He manages the entire firm and aligns the firm towards its ideology and strategy.

Ankit Anchliya (FCA, DISA, B.Com.)

He is the cornerstone of our team. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having nearly seven years of experience in the profession of chartered accountants. His area of specialization is indirect taxation. He has conducted various audit assignments: corporate statutory and internal audits, stock audits, GST audits, and VAT audits. He provides compliance-related guidance and advice on all indirect tax laws as well as continuing tax and legal issues. He also has vast experience in representing clients before the various tax authorities.

Ramdayal Suthar (FCA, M.Com.)

A highly regarded professional with over 7 years of diverse experience, including more than 2 years of international exposure. He has developed strong expertise in the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, SOP management, and statutory compliance with various regulatory authorities. He collaborates effectively with clients to deliver solutions that enhance the design and operational efficiency of business process controls. His unwavering integrity and commitment to delivering client-centric services are the cornerstones of his professional strength.

Himanshu Desarda (ACA, M.Com.)

He is the team member who is the most youthful and active. He has more than 4 years of professional experience. Accounts management and process review of cooperative societies are his primary areas of focus. He also looks after the setup of the accounting system and compliances related to the registrar of companies. He offers advice on a variety of documents, including partnership deeds, agreements, MOUs, and license contracts. He led and was in charge of the audit of public and private charitable trusts.

Vijay Nahta (FCA, DISA, B.Com.)

Vijay has more than 5 years of professional experience. He plays a key role in our internal audit and bank audit teams. His technical expertise and background in bank audits provide him a significant role within the ATSJ team. He has gained experience in a range of PSU audit and compliance tasks. He has a wealth of practical expertise and a thorough grasp of internal audit, risk management, designing of internal control, and corporate governance. He is skilled at analyzing existing clients and identifying opportunities to save costs by altering or reorganizing the present company processes.

AVINASH JAIN (ACA, B.COM.)

Mr. Avinash is a graduate and associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 4+ years of professional experience. A dedicated team member with strong interpersonal skills. His areas of expertise include accounting & business valuation, financial planning & analysis, corporate restructuring, and virtual CFO services. He has expertise in creating SOPs for improved planning and efficient organization management. He is skilled in creating financial forecasts and budgets as well as CMA data for future planning.
